Smoked Baked Potatoes - Recipe

First, you have to buy all of your ingredients. Typically, these include russet potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, along with butter and parsley to garnish. Next, turn your smoker to around 225 degrees F. Experiment with different woods to see which flavor you like best. Wash and dry your potatoes, and stick them with a fork to relieve pressure and moisture while they cook. Season them. Put them on the smoker and close the lid for about two to three hours. If you are cooking them alongside something else, adjust the cooking time depending on the temperature of the other thing you’re cooking.

  • Rub olive oil on the potatoes and season them
  • Put the min the smoker and close the lid
  • Cook for about two to three hours until tender
  • If cooking along side something else, adjust the cooking time depending on the temperature
